Health Services
Each tenant will be supplied with an outside emergency response
system.
An Licensed Practical Nurse visits each tenant once every week to provide health monitoring.
A Continuing Care Assistant visit at least once per week to provide any necessary assistance. Assistance is provided in response to
individual needs.
A health record is maintained for each tenant.
A health resource centre is located on the campus where blood collection, diabetes education, and other health related services are available.
An exercise area, physiotherapy clinic, pharmacy, mental health clinic and physicians offices are located on the campus.
Services includes with the monthly rental fee:
Assistance with weekly bath or shower
Nail care
Weekly preparation of medications
Weekly blood pressure checks
Weekly blood sugar checks
Optional services:
Daily assistance with personal care
Diabetic foot care
