Maintenance:
Maintenance is available 3 days a week. In an emergency they are on a 24 hour on-call basis. All maintenance requests should be directed to Jared Swinemar at 277-0750. Maintenance is responsible to plow snow, shovel walkways.
The Recreation Room
Common areas are available for all the apartment tenants use, free of charge. For example if you are planning an event and your apartment is too small to entertain you can use the Recreation room.
