At Shoreham, safety and quality are at the core of everything we do and are embedded in our core value — ensuring a high quality, safe, and caring environment within our resources. Our strategic directions place resident safety at the forefront while also respecting each individual’s dignity, independence, and choice.
To remain transparent, accountable, and focused on continuous quality improvement, Shoreham tracks and reports on a range of resident care indicators, as well as results from our staff workforce survey. This information guides our daily operations and helps us continually improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of care and work life at Shoreham.
